No online payments
This website does not take payments, deposits or online orders. There is no website checkout transaction to cancel or refund, and no automatic online refund process.
For work arranged with the shop
Before authorizing inspection or repairs, ask for a written work order describing the work, charges, payment terms and any applicable warranty. Ask the shop to explain cancellation, deposits, special-order parts, core charges and refund conditions that apply to your particular job before agreeing to them.
No blanket refund schedule is published
A shop-wide refund or cancellation schedule has not been provided for publication. This page does not promise a refund period, declare deposits nonrefundable or set a deduction or restocking fee. The shop must confirm its actual terms for the job; applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
